My wife and I recently purchased a certified pre owned vehicle, a Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport. We decided to have the vehicle inspected by a reputable third party service center to verify the CPO report. Our search for such a service center was assisted by a recent report presented by a highly respected agency Preferredmechanics.com. Out of 137 service centers in the Raleigh area they narrowed the field to the top 10. Sevan Motorworx was ranked #2. That ranking along with their outstanding reviews made it easy for us to trust their evaluation. We were experiencing a questionable brake noise from the front brakes. I suspected the pads were worn and needed replaced. Their qualified professionals evaluated my concern and determined the break pads were in great condition and were OEM certified parts. The sound I was hearing was caused by glazing of the rotor and with a little aggressive breaking in a controlled environment the glazing would be removed and the pads would grip properly. Also as a precautionary measure they ran a complete diagnostic to identify any possible code issues, none were found. I also ask them to change the engine oil with better than OEM quality so we knew we were off to a great serviceabiliy start with our new vehicle. We were completely satisfied with the professionalism, service quality and outstanding customer service provided the owner and his staff. We will continue to have our vehicles serviced at Sevan Motorworx. Warmest regards to them all.

I used google/google maps to find them, read all the 5 star reviews, brought my car there, worked with Joe and just like all the reviews say, my experience was outstanding! I spoke in detail with Joe and felt that I could trust his recommendations. I was given a fair price and he was in constant communication with me during the repair. When I picked up my car, the mechanic just happened to be up front and explained the full repair process and you could tell he was proud of his workmanship. He also took the time to explain other items he noticed while working on the car. Not trying to sell a service... just going the extra mile so that I was aware. Based on my experience there and after reading the reviews, I honestly think they deserve 5 1/2 stars because they are consistently exceeding folks expectations and that's not easy in this line of work.

I had my car thermostat replaced and couldn’t be happier with the service! I dropped my car off Friday morning and it was ready by Friday afternoon—super fast turnaround. The mechanic was professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole process stress-free. Shout out to Joe who was than happy and willing to help me with all my concern!
