After having my last repair shop close without notice, I was nervous about finding a new business to service my Mercedes. I was surprisingly pleased with Joe and his staff. They made me feel welcomed and completed by basic service in a timely manner. They explained problems that would eventually need to be repaired and provided the costs. On a roadtrip from DC to Sarasota, Florida. Got to Rockymount and my 2016 Range Rover sport Td6 lost power and went into limpmode. It was Friday on New Years weekend and they were able to fit me in and change my Fuel Filter. It's running great and we made it to Sarasota with no problems. So trust these guys to really try to help you. They knew I was in a jam and came through for me. Not to mention they were half the price of Landrover. So thanks so much Joe!

Took a car in for a prepurchase check and they were upfront about it and made it clear to what the car needed and if it would be a good purchase or not.

The guys at Sevan are experienced and competent in their craft; and as a bonus they are nice guys. They fixed an tire/wheel issue that no other one wanted to tackle.
