Dropped off my Range Rover the night before (Drop Box) and received a call within 30 minutes of my appointment time with a full diagnosis. There was no hesitation by them on any of the repairs, unlike all other independent automotive shops. These guys are the real deal with 1st Class Customer Service. While doing repairs for me, they also helped coordinate with the dealership to handle a recall and warranty repair. This transaction was completely transparent, feeling confident the entire time our vehicle would be serviced by professionals. My only disappointment is that there aren't enough shops like this out there. Highly recommend for anyone with Audi, VW, Mercedes, Jaguar, Land Rover, and more.

Amazing. These guys quickly diagnosed issues with my Audi Q3. They completed an entire timing chain replacement in 2 days and at a great price. I was amazed how quickly I was back on the road. Joe is a great front office guy and he makes a helluva sausage and veggie soup!
