Words can't fully express how glad we (My wife and I) are to have this precious gem (Sevan Motorworx) in our life and in our truck's life. Our truck is one of our babies, and we are very fortunate to have found the proper caretaker for our baby. Sevan Motorworx has been taking meticulous care of our Disco (2003 Land Rover Discovery II HSE 7) from the beginning of the Disco's life with us. Not only did Sevan do a great job of fixing all of the pre-existing issues that were found during the pre-purchase inspection, they have done a great job of maintaining the vehicle since then and a great job of satisfying all of the never-ending modification requests (Land Rover modification requests & aftermarket modification requests) we throw at them. In addition to high quality & competency @ reasonable prices, you will always receive top-notch customer service, communication, and care (care for you and for your car/truck). Our Disco will be with us for the rest of our lives, and we can't imagine anyone other than Sevan taking care of the Disco during that lifetime. In addition to taking a high level of pride in their work, Sevan is enthusiastic about the types of vehicles in which they specialize. We definitely consider ourselves a part of the passionate world of Land Rover enthusiasts, and I am extremely glad that we have found fellow Land Rover enthusiasts to take care of our Rover. This enthusiasm is what leads them to care so deeply for your particular car and know so much about your particular car. It is extremely comforting to have a mechanic that is so well-versed and knowledgeable about your vehicle; it is even more comforting when the person that you're consulting with about your vehicle is also very well-versed and knowledgeable about your vehicle. The majority of our time @ Sevan is spent interacting with and consulting with Joe. Joe will usually be your contact when working with Sevan & he is always extremely helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and professional. Most importantly, he is a human that will treat you as a human (not just a customer). It is invaluable to have a representative (Joe) that is so technically oriented and customer oriented, as you often have to sacrifice one or the other when dealing with service representatives. That being said, I definitely do not want to downplay the role that Evan is playing as the mechanic. Evan is unmatched as a mechanic from a technical perspective. And I can confidently say that Evan is customer oriented in addition to being so technically oriented - based on the many positive interactions we've had. Together, Joe and Evan are an unstoppable duo. Although I am specifically calling out Joe and Evan, I have also had nothing but positive interactions with all other employees @ Sevan. If you care about your car/truck, Sevan is where you want to be.
