Joe took the time to walk me through nearly every inch of the car and explained to me what was important, what to worry about, what not to, and gave me great confidence in his candor, honesty, and ability to explain technical things to a non-technical person during a pre-purchase inspection on a LR4. He's clearly got a ton of experience on these vehicles and it shows - plus he's super customer-focused and was a pleasure with which to work. I'll be going to Sevan from here onwards!
