I was hesitant using a new shop but got all my questions answered and an accurate quote for services and timeframe. I was able to budget my time and money with no surprises on my appointment day. Usually I hate getting my car serviced because I’m treated like a dumb girl that doesn’t know anything about cars. I appreciated being treated like a competent human! My Mercedes had a oil leak I first took it to the Mercedes dealer who quoted me a price of over 5K. I said no that’s too much, so I took it to another mechanic who didn’t make sense to me what they were saying and it was over 5K and my warranty I purchased off TV said they wouldn’t cover it. I went to my old mechanic Quality Automotive he told that they didn’t work on Mercedes but they could recommend a shop. They recommended Sevan motorworx. They did a great job explaining what they had to repair and even though they had to repair a part after he quoted me the repair price he didn’t change the price. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. They did a great job!!!! I would recommend them to anyone.

I have a Mercedes R350 it had a parasitic drain and water damage and a misfire almost every shop I went to they were afraid to touch it and turned me down but these guys a Sevan Motoworx tackled the job I thought my car was done but they fixed everything that was wrong that I mentioned and I will definitely recommend them to anyone and go back for more work they are gonna do the job right!
